  • Why are you booked so far out? I need to have my program done sooner.
Unfortunately, the DIP has become more popular and the needs out weigh the resources. Most courts give you time to get registered and then to complete the program. Our recommendation is to sign up as soon as possible. We can not hold spaces without the $150 deposit.
  • Do you run the costs of the program through insurance or have grants help to pay for the program?
No. We do not run the cost thru insurance. As this is court ordered due to breaking the law, insurance will not cover it. If there are any grant programs available, the courts will issue them. We do not.
  • Can I pay my balance when I arrive at the program?
No. Your remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the start of the program. If we don’t receive your balance, or arrangements have not been made, you will lose you deposit.
  • If I make a deposit and then change my mind, can I get my deposit back?
No. The $150 deposit, that is required when you sign up, is nonrefundable.
  • What time do I have to arrive?
Our program begins at 6pm on Thursday and continues until 6pm on Sunday for the 72 Hour courses

Yes. This program is being offered instead of jail time. Your are required to remain at the hotel the entire weekend.
  • Can I have guests or bring someone with me?
No. Again this is instead of jail time. No visitors are allowed.
  • Can I smoke while I am there?
Yes but you must abide by the hotel’s smoking policy and smoke in only designated smoking areas.
  • What do we do about meals?
We provide meals for you except for the first night of check in. Please eat before coming on Thursday night.
  • Can I order food in?
No. It is strictly against the rules for food to be ordered in. We do not allow DoorDash, GrubHub, Uber Eats, or similar. You may purchase from the hotel vending machines.
  • What about snacks?
You may bring snacks and sodas with you as long as they are in their manufacturers packaging. No leftovers allowed from the night before.
  • Do you provide transportation to and from the hotel?
No, we do not. It is your responsibility to get yourself to and from the hotel.

Yes. Please bring your prescribed medications in the labelled pill containers from your pharmacy. Vitamins and supplements are also allowed. Please be prepared to provide a detailed list of your medications and dosages.
  • What electronics can I bring to the program?
You may bring your electronic devices to be used when you are NOT in sessions. Laptops, gaming consoles, and cell phones are allowed. If you use your phone during sessions, it will be taken away and returned to you during breaks. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • If I am sharing a room, will my roommate be of the same sex?
    Yes
  • Are there breaks during the day?
Yes. We do have breaks during the day. As this is a state/ court ordered program, certain criteria need to be met.
